At SPYMAMBA™, every piece is created with intention — a blend of art, expression, and statement.
We maintain a limited and curated collection, which means each item is produced in small batches with high attention to detail.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through www.spymamba.com are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed — unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our end.

2. Size Exchanges
In rare cases where the wrong size has been received or a size exchange is genuinely needed, we may try to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
To request a size exchange:
  • Contact us at 📩 contact.spymamba@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note: items shipped without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.

3. Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll make it right.
Email us within 4 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect
  • A brief description of the issue
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or custom solution depending on stock availability.

4. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed only if:
  • The product is out of stock after payment
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping
In case of a verified return, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions via email.
Please use a traceable shipping method. SPYMAMBA™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during returns.

6. Integrity of Product
To be eligible for any return or exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
